Target Update

Here's an update on some new rules at Target. I just confirmed today at the Kearney Target they are price matching. This should be nationwide, but it's always good to check at your local Target. They have also started taking 5 cents off your order for each re-usable shopping bag you bring and use! So I was very happy today to use 2:)

I did get a fairly good deal on Tide today. I needed new detergent for my new HE washing machine coming next week. A box of 80 loads or liquid of 64 loads is on sale for $10.98. I had $1 off target coupon and $1 off manufacturer coupon. So I was able to use both and get $2 off!

Walgreens $5 off of $25

Walgreens has now posted a $5 off of $25 coupon here. This is only good Tuesday and Wednesday and will help make a nice profit on all the free stuff this week! I'm glad I didn't stop today:)

Great Deal on All Laundry Detergent!

This great deal is coming directly from my home! Next week my new HE Washer/dryer will be arriving, so my good deal laundry detergent cannot be used because it's for a regular washer. So, I'm passing the savings on to you! $6 for a 96 load All Liquid Detergent which normally retails for 12.99 or more. Successful Trip to Target

I just had to blog about my trip to Target today in Kearney!

I checked out twice today in order to use a gift card I earned, so here's how it broke down.

Purchased 2 100oz All Detergent on sale for 8.99 a piece. I had a $1 off coupon and a $2 off coupon. Target all had a special where you receive a $5 gift card for purchasing 2. My 2 bottles of All cost me 15.89 out of pocket.

I then saved my gift card for the second transaction. I purchased 5 bags of Chex Mix on sale for 1.17 and I had a coupon for 50 cents off each of them. I purchased 2 boxed of the new blueberry muffin poptarts, on sale for 1.49 and I had $1 off coupons for each box that I had cut off of other poptart boxes. 3 (2 liter) bottles of Pepsi products for 89cents each. They were also running a special where you buy 2 bags of Tostitos chips and receive a jar of salsa for free, the chips were 2/$5. So after coupons, discounts and the gift card from the transaction above I paid just 6.94 out of pocket!

What a fun trip!
